Special Notice

The 2024-25 FAFSA application cycle brought substantial changes to the student financial aid application process, a new application form, new eligibility criteria, new technologies, new terminology, new requirements for parents and other contributors, and a shorter timeline for applicants to submit the FAFSA. In addition, there were delays in the release of the application and student completion data to the states. Given these delays and reduced ability to promptly share completion information, it was determined to archive the Class of 2023 data, collect and process the Class of 2024 data at the end of the cycle, and prepare the system for a new collection cycle in the fall. The Completion Dashboard is being updated, with the plan to begin displaying district-level FAFSA data in the fall of 2024 for the Class of 2025.
